Established in 2005, Shenzhen Apex specializes on the manufacture and export of items such as acrylic displays, acrylic medals and acrylic hotel supplies. Our products are used in the fields of cosmetics, advertising and hotel. We hold our own APEX brand and our other products include awards and trophies as well as cosmetic, jewelry and POP displays along with numerous articles, photo frames, distribution cards, clock stands and designation cards.
Our factory covers 4,000 square meters housing 150 employees and five production lines. Our equipment includes cutting machines, exposure machines, oven flame polishing machines, diamond polishing machines, pneumatic routing machines and digital engraving machines. Thus, we have a monthly output of 30,000 pieces, 70% of which is exported.
Our R&D is our biggest advantage since our designers and engineers have an average of over eight years' industry experience. They are quite proficient in the application of software such as Solidworks, 3D Max, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop and AutoCAD. Plus, we can release 50 new products monthly and finish a sample in five days.
Our four QC staff with more than five years' experience helps us in the production of BV- and SGS-compliant products. We are proud to say we have a failure rate of 0.1% and our materials are bought from Japan.
